Threaded Stud

MPL (Millimeter Partial stud) / ACSMP (ACS Millimeter Partial stud)

  1. Most popular partial threaded stud
  2. Strength of joint = Tension strength of thread
  3. Welding diameter = Rolling diameter for thread
  4. Please designate thread size, common length and thread length when you place the order.

*1 In case non thread length Q is shorter than the chart above, applied Ferrule differ from it. Be careful.
*2 ACS method is applied to stud more than M30.

MFL (Millimeter Full thread stud)

  1. Full thread stud except collar part
  2. Strength of joint = Tension strength of thread
  3. In principle, zinc plating is not available.
(Because removal of zinc plating from tip of stud is necessary, this stud will be partial threaded stud like MPL.)
  4. Please designate thread size, common length and thread length when you place the order.

  2. Strength of joint = Tension strength of thread

MQL (Millimeter root diameter thread stud)

  1. Stud which collar diameter is smallest and almost equivalent to outer diameter.
  2. Strength of joint = Tension strength of removed tip part
  3. In principle, inch size is not available.
  4. Please designate thread size, common length and thread length when you place the order.
